I Wish I Was a Cat
I was reading today yet another love yourself self-help type of article advertising “Conversation with Self: Embrace Yourself” book, and I thought to myself – Why do we need so much literature teaching us on how to be happy? Why do we need a reason to be happy? God, I wish I was a cat or a dog, or some other creature that...
Happy in Cape Breton
Cape Breton is an island on the Atlantic cost of Nova Scotia. It’s Canada’s 18th largest island, though you probably could drive around the whole island in a day or two. Cuba day 1 - Sunday
By chance, we were riding to the airport with a Russian cab driver, who previously lived in Cuba for 6 years. Strange coincidence.
Read MoreJust Hold my Hand
I was walking this morning to work, well, almost running, as usual, when I saw this cute older couple walking slowing in front of me. I slowed down too and was observing them for a bit. What got my attention is how the two were holding their hands, while walking. I noticed how carefully the gentlemen was holding his lady’s hand. Even from seeing their backs, you could feel that they still love and care for each other a lot.
